We’re Quirky Quilt Art, based in the United Kingdom. We create and sell downloadable digital quilt art products through our website www.quirkyquiltart.com.

2. WHO CAN PURCHASE

To shop with us, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All our products are digital and delivered via download. No physical goods will be shipped. Please ensure you have suitable software and internet access to download and open the files.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

- Prices are displayed in GBP.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

- Payment is due at checkout and must clear before downloads are delivered.

5. NO REFUNDS

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once you complete your purchase, you get immediate access to the files, and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All digital products, content, text, images, patterns, and designs are the property of Quirky Quilt Art (or licensed to us). By purchasing a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal projects.

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

- Duplicate, copy, share, or resell any part of our digital products, whether in digital or physical form.

- Distribute our products publicly or privately.

- Claim our designs or patterns as your own.

- Sell, share, or otherwise distribute finished items made from our patterns, either in part or in full.

All products are for personal use only. The finished product may not be sold, in part or in full.

7. PRIVACY & DATA

We collect and store your personal information (like your name and email address) to process orders and communicate with you.

- We’ll never sell your data.

- We may send you emails about new products or updates, but you can unsubscribe anytime.
